We want Finca Afortunada to be a haven of peace where visitors can get respite from the stresses of the modern world.

 

Our rules are largely aimed at preserving this peace and allowing everyone staying here to enjoy themselves without impinging on anyone else. 

 

Only registered guests are allowed onto the site and parties and social gatherings are not allowed.

 

Amplified music is only allowed inside the apartments and at a volume inaudible to your neighbours.

 

You are free to use the pool during the day but at night the pool is for the sole use of guests in Apartment A. This is to preserve the privacy of guests staying in Apartment A, whose bedroom faces directly onto the pool. Feel free to stay to watch sunset, but once it’s dark, please return to your own private terraces.

 

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

 

Guests who pay the pet surcharge can bring one well-behaved dog with them. Please bring your own bedding for your pet. See that dogs do not get onto the furniture and be sure to pick up their poo. Dogs should not be left unattended in the apartments.
